Appointment Times

We aim to arrange appointments that best suit your schedule and realise that this can sometimes mean evenings and weekends. Please contact us to arrange a time and date.

We aim to fix all issues within your home or office without the need to inconvenience you by removing your computer or hardware. If the initial issue is quickly resolved, we will carry out standard checks to help prevent possible future problems. So you may find that though we solve one issue, we leave your computer running quicker than when we arrived! If we do remove equipment at your request, we will return and set this up for you again. Sometimes you may prefer to do this, particularly with laptops, so we can order any parts required, install them and return it to you.
